What if the item i have ordered is out of stock?
In the rare case that your selection is out of stock, you will be intimated about the next available date. If the date is not suitable, you have the option of changing the selection or canceling your order.
How can i cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled before the order is shipped from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, a cancellation cannot be accepted. Any order requiring special production cannot be cancelled
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
- If you received a defective item, you can ask for full refund or replacement with new product. Please make sure that the package is still available and send us the pictures of the item. Once we confirm it, we will arrange it with you to refund or send you a new item according to your request.
- You can ask for a full refund but please make sure that you have not used the item and it will not affect the second sale as the brand new item later. In this case, you should pay the courier service to ship the item back to our warehouse. When we receive the item in our warehouse, we will refund you.

- Most orders will ship out within 3 to 7 working days. Items which take longer to ship will be specifically noted in the product description. When will i receive a refund for my returned products?
Refunds back to Paypal,Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 5-7 working days after we receive and process your return. A refund confirmation will be sent to your email address.

How do I apply a discount code?
- Carefully select the products and put them in the basket, click on it and enter the code in the "Discount code" field. The discount will not be deducted until the next step of the order.
My card payment does not work, how should I proceed?
- If your card payment failed, check your bank account first. If the money has not actually been deducted, you can try creating the order and paying again. In the event that the error occurs again, we recommend paying for the order by bank transfer or cash on delivery. Payment by card cannot be made retroactively.
